Syria Submits Details of Chemical Weapons to Monitoring Group

On September 20, 2013, I read an article titled "Syria submits details of chemical weapons to monitoring group" posted by WashingtonPost.com which reported from the OPCW Syria’s situation about the chemical weapons that Syria has been accused of using them on the people of  rebel-held or contested regions on the 21st of August this year. The OPCW has received a portion of Syria confirmation and anticipate for more. The United States government stated according to the Secretary of State Kerry to support the deal to stop Assad, while Russia’s government stated according to their president Putin that the government “has every reason to believe” the rebels did the chemical attack on the 21st of August to embroil Assad’s government and that was what Assad stated in an interview with Fox News accusing the rebels about the chemical attack as well. The opposition side did not correspond yet to send their officials to attend a conference to talk about the situation. Putin suggested forcing them to attend, to reach a deal of agreement to solve the case. I chose this article because it discusses the situation of stopping a war on Syria that would ends up with a lot of war victims, and at the same time preventing the violation of the human rights to live peacefully by using the chemical weapons that has been forbidden by the international organization of monitoring a compliance of chemical weapons ban.
